Jonesing for some comfort food and with yuca in stock, I opted for Predominately Paleo’s famous yuca pizza dough. I was a little skeptical at first. It was so sticky, but with a little coconut flour it quickly turned in to really nice dough.
It’s only fresh, boiled yuca, coconut oil, fat (her recipe calls for palm shortening, I used duck fat), coconut flour & salt. I added thyme, oregano & garlic! Full recipe here.
