Salted Cinnamon Almond Milk

I just made the yummiest batch of almond milk: salted cinnamon!

I usually just do filtered water & raw almonds, but today I decided to
add 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp cinnamon & a tsp of course sea salt when blending it.

Wowza! Just add coffee & you’re ready to go!

My batch:
3 cups raw soaked almonds ( I soak over night)
aprx 9 cups filtered water. You can do less water, as little as 6 cups, but don’t do more.

Blend in batches in Vitamix (or other high powered blender) until smooth,
then strain in fine mesh sieve or nut ️milk bag.
Will keep for up to 5 days in fridge. I store in large glass bottles.
