Papaya Smoothie


I love papaya! It’s a wonderful, tropical fruit, sweet tasting but low in sugar & calories- great digestive enzymes, vitamin C & A too!

My 2 year old helped me make this smoothie, and he drank it all up. Delicious! It would make a great Popsicle too!

Makes 2 servings:
1 whole banana- frozen
1 whole papaya- peeled & seeded- frozen
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp golden flax meal
Blend in a high powered blender on medium for 30 seconds, then on high for 30 seconds.
Serve, salud!

You can also omit and flax & the coconut water. Add in 1/4 cup coconut cream and this makes the best nice cream around!
