Liquid Lunch


Love this tropical, creamy blend! If you live in Hawaii, like I do, pineapples are abundant!

1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup banana
1/2 avocado
2 pitted dates
1/2 cup almond milk

Blend at high until totally smooth, you may see a few specs from the dates though.
Don’t blend too long or it will begin to heat up.

Makes 2 servings.
