Castaway Kitchen is a collection of flexible paleo recipes focused on three things: health, nutrient density and palate.
My mission here is to create meals which you can have fun making, and eating. Often people feel restricted by their diets: low carb, low fat, grain free, gluten free, dairy free, etc etc etc. The point here is to take those parameters, whatever they may be for you and let them free you!
Feel free to eat however much you want. Eat as much delicious, nourishing food as your body wants and still see results. Whether those results are weight loss, healing, performance or just over all well being!
