What’s in my pantry!
I’ve divided my shopping list between my bulk buys, the monthly-biweekly shopping and the weekly items.
I’ve also astericked* all non paleo/Whole 30 items so you can easily avoid them.
If you have a farmer’s market, shop there first, you will be surprised at how many items you will find & how affordable it can be. At your local grocer try and find organic & fresh options, but as always, do what works for your family & your budget.
Grass Fed Butter (Kerry Gold)
Ghee (Tin Star, or you can make your own!)
Pasta, rice, gluten free*
Rice, whole grain, brown*
Apple cider vin
Gluten Free Flours: almond, coconut, cassava, arrow root, quinoa, rice, oatmeal, sorghum (I buy Bob’s Red Mill)*
Weekly: (produce list changes depending on what’s in season)
Green beans/sugar snaps peas
Whole bird, chicken or duck
Lamb, stew meat or shoulder
Fish, what’s fresh, wild caught
2 dozen eggs
Raw honey, local if you can get it
Greek yogurt, full fat unsweetened**
Cocoa powder, I like Rapunzel
